Hi I’m Karen,

Hi, I’m Karen. I'm a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor Candidate (RTC-C) with the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada (ACCT).

I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up exactly as you are, without pressure to have the right words or all the answers. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, low self-worth, or life transitions, I'll meet you with curiosity, compassion, and honesty. Together, we'll work to understand the patterns that have shaped you, build on your strengths, and help you move toward a life that feels more connected and authentic.

My Approach

My approach is relational, trauma-informed, emotion-focused, attachment-informed, and practical.

Our experiences shape the way we see ourselves, relate to others, and respond to life's challenges. Counselling is a space to make sense of those patterns with curiosity rather than judgment. Together, we can deepen your understanding of yourself while building practical strategies that help you navigate life with greater confidence, self-compassion, and resilience.
